Let’s Introduce Our Team

ATL Fulfilment is a privately owned 3rd party logistics company owned and established by Tony Allen and Andy Lewis in 2013.

We now service over 30 clients requiring a wide range of storage and fulfilment solutions. From mass storage of pallets through to pick pack and dispatch of small items of hardware, clothing, gifts and jewellery. We have experienced staff and facilities to handle all types of business. Our UKWA accreditation is your guarantee of our quality of service.

Tony Allen

Tony has spent most of his working life in warehouse and distribution management working both in operations and as an account director with major players such as WLG and latterly Tigers, before establishing his own operation at ATL Fulfilment. He has had full profit and loss responsibility for major 3rd Party Logistics contracts from both large and small e-commerce clients.

Andy Lewis

Andy brings over 30 years of major project management and business development experience to the company. Working for major companies in the civil and military aerospace industries he has been a main board Project Director and Business Development Director at Westland Agusta, Airbus Industrie in Toulouse and BAE Systems in HQs in London and Munich.

In establishing ATL Fulfilment we aimed to combine this experience and bring to the growing e-commerce market a customer-focused approach to tailored order fulfilment and warehouse services.

Our team has learnt from years of servicing demanding clients that “good enough” just won’t cut it. At ATL we are constantly improving all working practices and processes to take advantage of the very latest technology. In this way we expect to be able to build long term relationships with all our clients as we grow our businesses together.

Warehouse Manager

Paul Barker

Joining ATL in 2021, Paul has over 20 years of commercial retail and distribution warehouse experience. He has overall control of all aspects of the warehouse from goods in, QA inspections , warehouse stock procedures and pick pack and dispatch. He has a close relationship with all our clients to ensure efficient and accurate management of their stock. Working closely with our account managers he will ensure the most cost effective management of inventory and client order dispatches.

Company Secretary

Lisa Lewis

Lisa is our Company Secretary and manages all the office administration and accounts for ATL. She also manages the some of our customer accounts for our E-commerce clients. She can guide you through all our pick pack and dispatch processes as well as our Customer Care. She manages all or personnel and HR issues.

Senior Accounts Manager

Darren Nicholson

Darren looks after all our account management and is responsible for New Business development. He has over 20 years of experience in retail and distribution of a wide range of products. He will be most clients single point of contact during set up and contract start up. He will ensure all integrations are set up and working properly. He will be focal point for client liaison, training and business development.
